ORDERING PROCESS

  • An automatic email will be sent to you immediately after you place your order.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for us to review and process your order.
  • You will receive an email notification once we have processed your order and payment.
  • A second email notification will be emailed once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery after your order is processed.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change to your order.
  • Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If your order has already been embroidered or embellished in any manner, a cancellation will not be granted. 

RETURNS

  • All embroidered, printed, hemmed and alter products are non-returnable. If there is a defect in your garment, please contact Stitch Logo to help with a replacement (877) 652-8600 or Cheryl@stitchlogo.com.
